The first step toward healing is to reach out to our team. We offer a free clinical consultation and start with a psychiatric assessment. From there, we’ll discuss treatment goals and develop a personalized plan for your child. Our treatment programs are covered by most insurance plans.
Depending on the program your child is in (intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization) they will come to Embrace U between three and five times per week. They will participate in group and individual therapy sessions led by caring, trained therapists.
Once treatment begins, clients receive their plan assignments and begin engaging in group therapy sessions that match their goals. Participants take part in psychoeducation, and process-oriented psychotherapy group in between small breaks and snacks.
Individual and family therapy sessions may also be scheduled into your day or week as deemed appropriate by your primary therapist. Other services, like medication management, are scheduled and monitored as needed. When the day comes to a close, adolescents can safely head home once checked out by a registered parent or guardian.

As a result, we ask clients to step away from cell phones while engaging in treatment and strive to promote a culture of acceptance. We also make it a point to include parents in the treatment process. Parent U, a program designed to educate and support parents, meets on a weekly basis. Attendance is optional but strongly recommended, especially for those who may be new to our programs.

Because we offer outpatient care services, clients will need transportation to and from our facility each day or week.
