Embrace U, Mt. Juliet, TN
Outpatient Mental Health Treatment for Children and Teens
Located in the Providence West Medical Center, near Interstate 40 exit 226, Embrace U’s Mt. Juilet location was designed to help children and teens overcome a mental health challenge. Our Mt. Juliet mental health clinic has a modern feel, with bright, open spaces for group therapy sessions, comfy couches and chairs, private rooms for individual meetings, and a snack area.
Embrace U’s Mt. Juliet clinic offers two structured outpatient programs for adolescents (aged 10 to 18), intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization. We also offer a specialized program for neurodivergent teens. Most participants attend our programs for six to eight weeks, though each case varies based on unique goals and needs. Both programs combine group and individual therapy with medication management and family counseling. Our team includes psychiatric providers, licensed therapists, and a registered nurse.
How Our Therapy Programs in Mt. Juliet, TN Work
We provide effective, short-term, outpatient mental health treatment programs for children and teens. We start with a psychiatric assessment to determine your child’s diagnosis and treatment needs. Then we’ll discuss treatment goals and develop a plan that’s specific to your family’s needs. Most participants experience significant symptom relief within two weeks of treatment.
Participants in our intensive outpatient program typically come to the clinic three or four times each week for group and individual therapy sessions.
Our partial hospitalization program is a more intensive treatment option. Participants come to the clinic four or five times a week for longer individual and therapy sessions.
Our neurodivergent group room is a sensory-friendly space that supports flexible learning styles. Led by a registered art therapist and licensed professional counselor (LPC-MHSP) who is trained in neurodivergence, these programs are designed for adolescents aged 10 to 18.
