Embrace U became my daughter's home away from home. When she was discharged she was excited to have accomplished so much but sad at the same time because she genuinely loved going to Embrace U. Rachel made a connection with her that very few have been able to. She was able to love her and push her at the same time. I am still as her mother striving to be like Rachel!

Embrace U is a loving environment and a safe place where you can take your kids to get the help that they need. From group therapy, medication check-ups to family sessions, they cover it all. The front desk staff is super friendly, the overall aesthetic is warm and inviting, and the most important thing is that it was a place that my daughter felt included, wanted and like she had a voice. I wish all kids could experience that feeling because that is what growing up should be like for our kids. Thank you Embrace U for all of your support and guidance throughout our journey with you. I will forever recommend Embrace U to friends and family. Their care is unparalleled, their attention to detail and diving head first to provide the support teens need makes this place truly special. Med management was never forced, but always educational. They took the time to make a special connection with my son which did not go unnoticed. The balance of group therapy and individual therapy (we love you Ms. Rachel!!!), allowed my teen to reach some pretty big mental health goals in the time he was there.
