Our Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) help children and teens gain control over symptoms of a mental illness.
With locations in Brentwood and Mt. Juliet, we treat adolescents and teens struggling with a range of mental health issues, such as anxiety and depression, bipolar and psychiatric episodes, family issues, grief and loss, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and more.

Our Programs
Therapy once a week isn’t always enough. Our evidence-based, intensive programs set participants and their families up for long-term success. Full-day and half-day programs are available at both of our Tennessee locations – Brentwood and Mt. Juliet.

Therapeutic Day Program
Also known as a partial hospitalization program (PHP). Participants attend five days a week for 5 to 6 hours each day. Daily sessions include individual treatment, group therapy, and psychotherapy skills training. Educational support is provided, along with snacks. *Program hours vary by location. Learn more
